That's what makes you beautiful
代名詞whatが示す内容は前文の"You don't know you're beautiful"

*come on =呼び掛けの言葉。「いいじゃん」とか、せっつく感じの意味。
*get (it) wrong = 誤解する
*look into one's eye = 目を見つめる
